Opposing defensive shields do net mean much to the Tenon fleet. With Ruptor weaponry that slices through shields and and Null Beams to negate them altogether, The Trenon can make quick work of opposition.
For protective measures, the Trenon have armor plating that works in conjunction with their shields to provide added protection. A superior Hyperdrive allows them to teleport back to their home base in case of trouble.
